Hi, I'm Olusegun Dare, founder of MakeMeAI.
I started out as a Software Tester, working across HMRC, Yahoo, the NHS, Cable & Wireless, and Glasgow Housing Association, dealing with how large, complex systems actually behave under real pressure. From there I moved into a Business Analyst role, going back to HMRC to work on their Customs Handling Import/Export Freight (CHIEF) systems, a platform processing millions of transactions a year, where I was part of the transformation programme migrating the old CHIEF system to the new CDS, the Customs Declaration Service. I went on to work with Ford, Capgemini, Hitachi Rail, and Reckitt Benckiser, where my job was translating stakeholder and business needs into something technical teams could actually build, and just as often translating the technical detail back into plain business language that CEOs and stakeholders could act on. At Hitachi Rail that work extended into security consulting, overseeing penetration testing to make sure systems held up against real threats.
That's the skill I brought into AI: finding exactly where a business is losing time or money, and explaining it in plain English rather than jargon. As an ISO/IEC 42001 AI Lead Auditor Professional in the Making, the official standard for auditing AI management systems, I bring that same governance rigor to every audit I run, so the AI systems I help you build aren't just fast, they're accountable, safe, and properly governed from day one.
